Ingredients
20 graham wafers
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
3 oz package raspberry Jello
1 cup boiling water
15 oz package frozen raspberries
20 large white marshmallows
1/2 cup hot milk
1 1/2 cups whipped cream
Directions
- To graham wafer crumbs add brown sugar, sugar and butter. Mix well. Line 9″x13″ pan, saving 1 cup of mixture for topping.
- Dissolve the raspberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add the frozen raspberries and mix well. Melt the marshmallows in the hot milk until all are dissolved. Cool. Add the whipped cream.
- Put raspberry Jello mixture on crumbs and then spread marshmallow and cream mixture over them. Sprinkle the cup of crumbs on top. Refrigerate overnight.
