Ingredients

  • 20 graham wafers

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 3 oz package raspberry Jello

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 15 oz package frozen raspberries

  • 20 large white marshmallows

  • 1/2 cup hot milk

  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream

Directions

  • To graham wafer crumbs add brown sugar, sugar and butter. Mix well. Line 9″x13″ pan, saving 1 cup of mixture for topping.
  • Dissolve the raspberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add the frozen raspberries and mix well. Melt the marshmallows in the hot milk until all are dissolved. Cool. Add the whipped cream.
  • Put raspberry Jello mixture on crumbs and then spread marshmallow and cream mixture over them. Sprinkle the cup of crumbs on top. Refrigerate overnight.
