Chocolate Rice Crispy Balls

Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 tbsp soft butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup rice krispies
1 cup shredded coconut
1 package chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix everything together and refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer. Form into balls and refrigerate again for 1 hour or longer.
- Melt package of chocolate chips in double boiler. Cover balls and place on parchment paper. Put in fridge. (These freeze well.)
