Chocolate Rice Crispy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 3 tbsp soft butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup rice krispies

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 1 package chocolate chips

Directions

  • Mix everything together and refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer. Form into balls and refrigerate again for 1 hour or longer.
  • Melt package of chocolate chips in double boiler. Cover balls and place on parchment paper. Put in fridge. (These freeze well.)
