Three layer nacho dip that is popular at gatherings and super easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- Base layer
Cream cheese (250ml)
Sour cream (250ml)
Taco seasoning one package
- Layer two
Salsa
- Layer three
Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Combine base layer ingredients together and mix with a hand or stand mixer. Start with cream cheese at room temperature or you get lumps.
- Spread base layer into a flat bottom serving dish. We use glass cake pan so you can see the layers. 8×8 or 9×9 is fine. A casserole dish also works nicely.
- Cool in fridge until ready to leave for the party.
- Add a layer of salsa.
- Top it off with a lauer of shredded cheese.
- Serve with nacho chips.
