Chocolate Brownie Frosting

The best frosting to pair with the Fudgey Brownies.

Ingredients

  • 3 bars (3 oz.) HERSHEY’S Unsweetened Baking Chocolate, broken into pieces

  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows

  • 1/2 c. softened butter or margarine

  • 1/3 c. milk

  • 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate, stirring constantly. Add marshmallows, stirring frequently until melted. (It will be very thick).
  • Spoon the mixture into a mixing bowl. Beat in the butter. Add milk gradually, beating until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until desired consistency.
  • Use to spread over your baking!
