Chocolate Brownie Frosting
The best frosting to pair with the Fudgey Brownies.
Ingredients
3 bars (3 oz.) HERSHEY’S Unsweetened Baking Chocolate, broken into pieces
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
1/3 c. milk
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate, stirring constantly. Add marshmallows, stirring frequently until melted. (It will be very thick).
- Spoon the mixture into a mixing bowl. Beat in the butter. Add milk gradually, beating until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until desired consistency.
- Use to spread over your baking!
