Ingredients
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
Directions
- Prepare flour and salt in a a deep bowl. Add the eggs and 1/2 c. milk. Beat this batter with a fork until it is smooth.
- Add the remaining 1/2 c. milk and beat well.
- Let the batter rest for 30 min. before baking.
- Grease a muffin tin with margarine then pour the batter into the tins.
- Bake at 425F until dry. Approx. 25 min.
Notes
- This recipe can be doubled.
