Ingredients
1 c. unflavoured plant milk
4 pitted dates
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 bananas sliced
Directions
- Combine the milk, dates, peanut butter, and cocoa powder in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk or dates if necessary to reach desired consistency.
- Place sliced bananas in a bowl. Pour the blended mixture over the bananas and enjoy.
Notes
- To turn this breakfast bowl into a smoothie add the frozen bananas into the blended mixture and add ice and additional milk to reach the desired consistency. Enjoy!
