A delicious banana and chocolate breakfast bowl. Can also be a smoothie for on-the-go breakfasts.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. unflavoured plant milk

  • 4 pitted dates

  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder

  • 2 bananas sliced

Directions

  • Combine the milk, dates, peanut butter, and cocoa powder in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk or dates if necessary to reach desired consistency.
  • Place sliced bananas in a bowl. Pour the blended mixture over the bananas and enjoy.

Notes

  • To turn this breakfast bowl into a smoothie add the frozen bananas into the blended mixture and add ice and additional milk to reach the desired consistency. Enjoy!
