Velveeta Cheese Dip

Make this ahead of time and serve in a crock pot with a side bowl of cubed french bread during any gathering. Some like to dip bread into it on the side of their plate. I prefer to drizzle the dip over my bread.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 large block of Velveeta cheese (450g)

  • 2 cans Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 c. butter or margarine

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (Lea&Perrins)

  • Lots of french bread cut into 2 inch cubes

Directions

  • In a medium sized pot slowly melt all ingredients on low to medium heat. Be careful not to scorch it!
  • Transfer to a crock pot on low.

Notes

  • I suppose you could use this with vegetables… if you really want to.
